I am using a Infinix X551(HOT Note) recently my battery was swollen and gradually started depreciating in capacity to hold charge. It became serious last month that I decided it's hightime I changed the battery. I finally changed the battery last week. I went for the original battery so as to avoid any battery issues as regards my phone. I made sure I didn't use the battery at all to observe the 100% first charge rule to maintain the quality. As soon as I got home, I plugged it and went to sleep. I woke up after some hours it was not yet full. "That is too slow" I exclaimed. I used the same charger I've been using before but with another USB cable that is not broken. Therefore I concluded it was the new battery that is not good. So I thought of returning it. This problem can be cause by issues related to both software and hardware issues. I assume many of you reading this articles have encountered or are currently encountering this issue. If so, then the question in your mind would be "what the heck am I supposed to do now?"
